研究领域
免疫学与衰老生物学。以秀丽隐杆线虫、家蚕等为模式生物,利用遗传筛选、多组学分析及动态成像等技术,系统解析机体感知环境信号,驱动免疫系统影响衰老速率的机制。重点探究细胞器功能和代谢稳态在其中发挥的信号转导作用。同时,从机制上深入解析蚕、桑活性物质如何通过重塑代谢影响免疫与衰老的分子路径,为干预免疫和衰老相关疾病提供理论依据。
科学贡献
主持国家自然科学基因青年科学基金项目1项;主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目1项;参研国家自然科学基金项目及省部级项目多项。在 Cell Reports, Plos Genetics, Nature Communications等国际权威期刊发表多篇论文。
