研究领域
围绕家蚕细胞生物学和抗性遗传,以家蚕细胞周期、细胞凋亡,以及抗病性和抗逆性为切入点,致力于家蚕丝腺高效核内复制机制、BmNPV与宿主互作机制、抗高温基因挖掘及家蚕新种质创制等研究。
学术贡献
主要从事家蚕细胞凋亡与周期调控、抗逆性及抗病性机制研究。鉴定了多个参与家蚕丝腺核内复制的关键信号通路和调控因子;证实了细胞凋亡在BmNPV与宿主互作过程中行使重要功能,并解析了相关凋亡抑制基因、长链非编码RNA及microRNA等调控BmNPV增殖复制的分子机制;揭示了DNA甲基化在家蚕对环境胁迫的反应中起重要作用,并鉴定了多个家蚕耐高温基因;创制高产丝量、抗BmNPV、耐高温等家蚕新素材20余个。
主持国家重点研发子课题、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、重庆市自然科学基金项目、重庆市茧丝绸发展项目、重庆市博士后科研特别资助项目、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目,以及相关横向课题10余项。作为研究骨干参研国家“863”计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目等多项科研项目;在J Adv Res、Int J Biol Macromol、Pest Manag Sci、Insect Sci、Pestic Biochem Physiol、Heredity、Insect Mol Biol、Insects、Sci Rep、Antiviral Res等国内外知名期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。
