主要科研领域与方向:

蚕桑遗传工程、桑抗逆生理生化、桑食药用多元化利用、品种选育和分子生物学等蚕桑基础应用研究。

 

科学成就:

主要从事蚕桑遗传工程、桑抗逆生理生化、桑食药用多元化利用、品种选育和分子生物学等蚕桑基础应用研究,建立了我国第一个高效实用的家蚕转基因技术平台,是桑树基因组计划的主要参与者之一。目前任国家蚕桑产业技术体系岗位专家和功能研究室主任,先后主持了国家行业专项、国家农业产业体系和重庆市重点自然科学基金重点项目等12项国家和省部级项目;在Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、FEBS Journal、Biochemistry、Scientific Reports、Plant Physiology and Biochemistry等期刊发表科研论文80余篇,SCI收录28篇;获聘重要杂志审稿人和Scientific Reports杂志基因组与遗传学领域编委;获授权专利10项(其中第一发明人4项);获农业部科技进步二等奖1项;选育推广桑品种2个。
