主要科研领域与方向:

1.遗传与发育生物学。主要以家蚕为对象,研究重要性状的遗传与分子调控。以家蚕突变遗传资源为材料,重点研究胚胎致死、翅发育缺陷和雌、雄性特异性不育等性状的遗传基础与分子病理机制,寻找鳞翅目害虫生物防控的理想靶标。

2.鳞翅目昆虫分子进化。利用生物信息学分析、转录组、功能基因组、基因编辑等多种手段,以家蚕、野蚕为研究对象,并与蝴蝶等其他鳞翅目昆虫做比较,研究基因-发育-进化等生命本质,尤其关注家蚕重要驯化性状的分子基础解析。

 

科学成就:

主要从事鳞翅目昆虫遗传、发育和基因功能比较研究。已完成了多个家蚕胚胎致死、翅发育缺陷和生殖缺陷突变的定位克隆和分子机制研究;通过蝴蝶和家蚕基因功能比较研究,阐释了Hox基因、蜕皮激素在适应性进化中的作用。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项(31472153)、青年基金1项(30901053)、重庆市科技人才培养计划(创新青年科技人才培养项目)1项(cstc2014kjrc-qnrc0009)和中央高校基本科研业务费重大培育项目1项(XDJK2013A001);主研863课题、多项国家自然科学基金及省部级项目、美国国家自然科学基金(NSF)项目 (IOS 1146933,PHY 0957680 )等高层次课题;在包括PLoS genetics, Developmental biology, Journal of Biological Chemistry, Genetics, Heredity, Scientific Reports, Insect Molecular Biology等著名SCI杂志在内的国内外学术期刊发表论文20余篇,其中第一作者(或同等贡献第一作者)8篇;参编出版译著《鳞翅目昆虫的分子生物学和遗传学》。参加第60届美国鳞翅目昆虫学会年会(2011,美国)、第二届(2012,中国)和第四届(2015,韩国)亚太地区蚕业及昆虫生物技术大会国际会议、第二届国际昆虫基因组学大会(2015,中国)等国际学术会议, 并做大会报告或分会报告。为自然科学基金评审专家和 Scientific Reports、Insect science、PloS one和Molecular Biology Reports等SCI杂志审稿人。获重庆市2016年高校青年教师教学竞赛三等奖、西南大学第十一届教师教学比赛一等奖(2016)、西南大学青年教师成才奖(2016)等奖励和称号。
