研究领域
微孢子虫是一大类专性细胞内寄生的、可产生孢子的真核病原微生物,能感染人和几乎所有的动物,在蚕业、蜂业、水产业等造成重大经济损失。微孢子虫特殊的结构、侵染方式和寄生机制给微孢子虫病的防控带来巨大的挑战。
1. 微孢子虫致病机制。结合多组学分析及分子生物学、细胞生物学技术,研究微孢子虫与宿主免疫、代谢相互作用的分子机制。
2. 微孢子虫病综合防控。围绕流行病学研究和快检技术、防治药剂研发等,开展病害综合防控体系优化,服务健康养殖。
学术贡献
陈洁副教授长期致力于农业微孢子虫病致病机制及综合防控研究。解析了家蚕微孢子虫孢壁蛋白、类枯草杆菌蛋白酶等功能蛋白在病原侵染与增殖中的作用机制;筛选并鉴定了多种抑制微孢子虫的先导化合物;利用多种组学技术系统阐释了虾肝肠胞虫感染引起对虾肝胰腺微孢子虫病的分子机理;发现了虾肝肠胞虫可机会性感染小龙虾并引起组织损伤。主持国家自然科学基金项目等8项,参研“973”,国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划等国家和省部级项目10余项;在NPJ Antimicrobials and Resistance, Trends in Parasitology, Aquaculture等杂志发表SCI研究论文50余篇,参编著作6部;申请/授权国家发明专利4项,转化国家发明专利1项;获教育部自然科学二等奖等奖项6项。
