家蚕遗传资源收集、保护与评价利用。
科学贡献
一直从事蚕遗传资源保护、鉴定、品种选育研究和蚕基因库保种能力提升建设工作。参与完成暗化型(mln)、螯虾蛹(cf)、楔形眼纹(Wes)、无脚(ap)、竹蚕(Bo)、枝蚕(sk)等20余个家蚕突变体的解析;主研育成家蚕天然彩色茧品种“金色211”,开展了金黄茧、淡黄茧、裸蛹、丝胶茧、黑蛾等多个特殊用途家蚕基础品种的回交和纯化选育。
主持中央农业产业发展资金 “国家蚕遗传资源保护与基因库建设”项目(2023-2024);主研“家蚕茧丝优良性状的遗传基础及调控机制研究(31830094)”及“基于‘千蚕基因组’的茧丝关键品质性状遗传基础及强韧化机制解析(32330102)”等多项国家自然科学基金面上和重点项目。
