董振
董振:博士,资源昆虫高效养殖与利用全国重点实验室副研究员,硕士生导师。主要致力资源昆虫及其饲源植物功能活性物质的医学研究与转化,重点围绕肿瘤、干细胞、代谢性疾病等领域,解析功能活性物质调控细胞代谢及生物大分子化学修饰等作用机制。首次报道桑树活性物质Morusinol的抗肿瘤和降胆固醇等作用,阐释了Sirtuins家族多个成员调控肿瘤代谢的作用。主持国家自然科学基金1项、省部级项目2项。在Semin Cancer Biol、Brit J Cancer、Phytomedicine、J Agri Food Chem、J Pharm Anal、Front Immunol、Cells和Front Cell Dev Biol等杂志发表论文40余篇。参编英文专著1部。现为重庆市实验动物协会理事、西南大学实验动物伦理委员会委员等。

研究领域

1资源昆虫及其饲源植物功能活性物质的医学研究与转化:筛选资源昆虫及其饲源植物来源的中药材如白僵蚕、桑白皮、桑枝、桑葚、霜桑叶、桑黄、桑寄生等,及新型功能性食品如蚕蛹油中的功能活性物质如黄酮、酚酸、生物碱、脂类等,探索其抑癌、抗氧化、调节代谢等生物医学活性,开发新型保健食品和药品,推动其在人类健康和疾病如肿瘤、代谢性及退行性疾病中的应用。

2细胞代谢与表观遗传相互调控的分子机制:阐释活性物质及核心靶点在人类健康和疾病中的作用,重点围绕其对表观遗传调控如DNA修饰、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑、非编码RNA和相分离,以及细胞代谢如糖代谢、脂代谢、氨基酸代谢、核苷酸代谢等作用,并解析表观遗传和细胞代谢相互调控的分子机制。

学术贡献

系统分析了桑树来源中药材活性物质的种类及其相对成分;首次在其中筛选出具备抗癌、降胆固醇的成分——桑根皮醇(Morusinol),并解析了其作用和机制;鉴定Morusin抑制有氧糖酵解的作用及其靶点;同时探索了多个表观遗传调控相关靶点如Sirtuins家族多个成员在肿瘤代谢与增殖中的作用。已发表学术论文40余篇(H-index24,引用超2700次),其中以第一作者、共同第一作者或通讯作者在Seminars in Cancer BiologyBritish Journal of CancerPhytomedicineJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryJournal of Pharmaceutical AnalysisFrontiers in ImmunologyCellsFrontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology等杂志累计发表SCI论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1重庆市自然科学基金面上项目1项、重庆市博士后研究人员特别资助项目1项、教育部中央高校基本科研业务费专项1项、西南大学博士启动基金1现为重庆市实验动物协会理事、西南大学实验动物委员会委员、重庆市抗癌协会肿瘤标志物专业委员会委员、重庆市医学会计划生育学与优生优育分会委员会男性生殖调控学组成员。任Frontiers杂志Gastrointestinal Cancers: Colorectal Cancer领域副主编和Cancer Immunity and Immunotherapy领域评审编辑,为PhytomedicineJournal of Biomedical ScienceCell Communication and SignalingBiomarker ResearchFrontiers in Immunology以及Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology等多家学术期刊审稿人。
