主要研究领域

1.细胞代谢与表观遗传相互调控的分子机制;

2.蚕桑功能活性物质的医学转化与应用。

 

科学成就

主要研究组蛋白的翻译后修饰对转录调控的影响,尤其是调控细胞代谢的转录调控。也研究非编码RNA以及RNA的转录后修饰等调控模式对细胞代谢的调控。此外,还研究蚕桑生物资源如蚕蛹油、蚕桑活性提取物、蚕桑生物材料等在医学领域的应用和转化研究。已发表学术论文34篇,其中以第一作者、共同第一作者及通讯作者在Seminars in Cancer Biology、Cancers、British Journal of Cancer、Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology、Clinical Epigenetics及Cells等杂志累计发表18篇;主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、重庆市博士后研究人员特别资助项目1项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项1项,西南大学博士启动基金1项。并参与重庆市重点产业共性关键技术创新专项重点研发项目等重大研究项目。获得2018年重庆市科学技术委员会自然科学优秀学术论文1项。现为Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology、Frontiers in Oncology、World Journal of Surgical Oncology、Anti-Cancer Agents in Medicinal Chemistry、Current Protein & Peptide Science等多家学术期刊审稿人。
