主要科研领域与方向:

1.       杆状病毒分子生物学研究,解析杆状病毒基因功能和家蚕抗病毒机制研究,阐释病毒劫持宿主能量代谢、病毒阻滞细胞周期进程和家蚕抗病毒免疫等病原和宿主相互博弈机制;

2.       家蚕新型基因编辑系统创制与应用研究,培育家蚕抗病、蚕丝和抗逆等基因编辑创新素材,以及家蚕转基因实用品种遗传改良和推广应用研究。

 

科学成就:

先后主持包括国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、重庆市自然科学基金等项目7项,作为骨干人员参与国家蚕桑产业技术体系、国家“863”计划项目和国家自然科学基金等项目。以第一作者在国内外重要学术期刊Antiviral ResearchFrontiers in MicrobiologyApplied Microbiology and BiotechnologyJournal of Biological Engineering等发表20余篇SCI等论文,申请专利6项,担任Frontiers in MicrobiologyCell Cycle等杂志审稿人。获得重庆市自然科学二等奖(排名第4)、重庆市优秀博士论文和重庆市优秀博士毕业研究生等荣誉。
