主要科研领域与方向:

1、桑树细胞分裂素类激素的功能研究

2、桑属分子分类修订

3、桑属遗传再生体系构建

 

科学成就:

主要从事桑树细胞分裂素类激素的功能分析,利用ITS、叶绿体基因等分子标记将过去复杂多变的传统桑属分类修订为8个种,致力于构建桑属遗传再生体系,服务于桑树基因功能研究及应用。现任国家桑树品种改良中心重庆分中心秘书。作为课题负责人承担国家青年科学基金项目“单倍体川桑转座激活标签突变库的构建”,新疆自治区科技援疆项目“新疆特殊环境优势资源筛选及技术示范”,西南大学博士启动项目“22倍体新疆药桑遗传再生体系创建”,西南大学基本业务项目“桑树细胞分裂素氧化酶基因的克隆”,主要参加浙江省财政”中国桑树基因组计划”,863项目“桑树功能基因组学研究与应用” 商务部茧丝绸产业公共服务体系项目等项目。在Nature biotechnology,Nature communications, PLOS ONE, Plant molecular biology reporter,中国中药学杂志及蚕业科学等杂志发表文章,获得授权专利两项。
