基因组与表观基因组学；家蚕分子免疫与分子生物学
科学成就：
主要从事鳞翅目昆虫基因组和比较基因组学、家蚕表观基因组与表观遗传学、家蚕病源微生物与宿主互作等领域的研究。解析了鳞翅目害虫斜纹夜蛾基因组，绘制了家蚕基因组表观修饰图谱，揭示了家蚕黑胸败血芽孢杆菌的分子致病机理。近年来主持和主研包括国家国家自然科学基金、重庆市自然科学基金、横向合作项目等20余项。担任Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Molecular Genetics and Genomics、Scientific Reports等杂志审稿人。在Science、Nature Ecology & Evolution、PNAS、PLoS Pathogens、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Scientific Reports、Insect Science等高水平期刊发表论文60余篇。
