主要科研领域与方向:

病原真菌分子生物学


科学成就:

主要从事病原真菌致病机理工作,研究材料包括新生隐球菌、球孢白僵菌和冬虫夏草菌等。美国微生物学会会员,国际人类与动物病原真菌学会会员。开展了自噬-溶酶体途径(autophagy-lysosome pathway, ALP)和泛素-蛋白酶体系统(ubiquitin-proteasome system, UPS)调控真菌致病性的机理研究,并取得了重要进展。主持国家自然科学基金、中央高校基本业务费重大项目等多项课题,在Autophagy、PLoS Pathogens、Infection and Immunity等国内外学术杂志发表研究论文20余篇,参编专著2本,曾获邀参加美国戈登会议(GRC)并做大会特邀报告。
