科学成就:

主要从事功能基因组与蛋白质组学研究,参加完成了家蚕全基因组框架图谱和精细图的绘制工作,特别是在家蚕蛋白质组学研究方面进行了系统和探索性研究,为实验室家蚕蛋白质组学研究的学术带头人,培养了一批从事蛋白质组学研究的科研和技术人材。首次报道了家蚕蚕丝蛋白全组分鉴定的最新研究成果,发现丝蚕白拥有众多具有防御性功能的生物学活性蛋白,其具有在生物医学、材料和保健等领域重要的开发价值。率先取得了蚕丝纤维力学性能改良方面的最新研究成果,通过对蚕丝蛋白成丝环境的遗传操作,获得了高强度、多用途的新型蚕丝,拓展了蚕丝新的应用领域。主持完成了863项目子课题、国家自然科学基金、省部级课题10余项。获四川省科技进步三等奖一项,获国家发明专利10余项。近年来在SCIENCE,Biomacromolecules,Insect Biochem Mol Biol,J. Proteome Res,Proteomics,BMC Genomics,PLoSONE等重要学术刊物上发表研究论文80余篇,其中SCI收录50余篇。
