赵爱春  男,博士,西南大学教授,博士生导师,国家蚕桑产业技术体系岗位专家和桑树功能研究室主任。主要从事桑树基因组、桑树资源评价及利用等基础应用研究,建立了我国第一个高效实用的家蚕转基因技术平台,是桑树基因组计划的主要参与者之一。先后主持了国家重点研发计划、国家行业专项、国家现代农业产业体系和重庆市科技兴林项目等18项国家和省部级项目;在Molecular Plant、Tree Physiology等期刊发表科研论文110余篇,SCI收录55篇;获授权专利18项(其中第一发明人6项);获农村农业部科技进步一和二等奖各1项;获重庆市自然科学一等奖1项;选育推广桑品种2个;主编和副主编专著各1部,参编专著3部。获聘重要杂志审稿人和Scientific Reports杂志基因组与遗传学领域及《蚕业科学》编委;现兼任中国蚕学会桑树栽培专业委员会副主任,重庆蚕丝学会蚕桑专业委员会副主任、国家林业和草原局“西南岩溶石漠化治理国家创新联盟”理事和国家林业和草原局“桑树产业国家创新联盟”副秘书长。
