主要科研领域与方向:

基于昆虫-植物互作机制的家蚕营养利用及害虫防控研究;昆虫抗病抗逆分子机制研究;动植物遗传工程。


科学成就:

(1)创建了基于转基因RNAi和增量表达抗病毒蛋白的家蚕抗病分子育种平台技术体系,制作获得了对家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)具有增强抗性的转基因家蚕素材数个。

(2)作为家蚕基因组研究团队成员,参加了家蚕基因组计划及家蚕全基因组芯片的研制。参加了“十一五”、“十二五”家蚕“973”、“863”、“948”项目及国家自然科学基金及省部级等项目数项;主持国家自然科学基金、重庆市基础科学与前沿技术研究项目、中央高校科研业务费等科研项目10余项。近年来已在国内外高水平期刊发表论文30余篇,参与编写专著2部;获得专利授权6 项,申请专利2项。
