主要科研领域与方向:

1. 表观遗传调控:表观遗传调控机制主要包括DNA甲基化和羟甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质结构动力学、RNA甲基化、小分子和长链非编码RNA调控等。通过对组蛋白修饰相关的复合物如Polycomb蛋白家族和Trithorax蛋白家族的研究来分析其对家蚕胚胎早期发育基因表达与细胞分化的影响。

2. 细胞周期调控:细胞周期调控在细胞生命活动中占有重要的地位,实现了遗传物质的复制和均等分离。利用分子细胞生物学技术,研究家蚕分散型着丝粒染色体在分裂期的赤道板排列和分离机制。

3. 蛋白质翻译后修饰调控:研究Ubiquitylation、Sumoylation及Neddylation对细胞内特定基因转录水平、蛋白表达水平、细胞定位及DNA损伤修复的调控机制,探讨三种修饰信号对同一底物蛋白修饰的分子互作机理。

 

科学成就:

主要以家蚕为模式生物开展表观遗传调控、蛋白质翻译后修饰、细胞周期调控等研究工作。曾在日本九州大学任日本学术振兴会外国人特别研究员,现任西南大学家蚕基因组生物学国家重点实验室副研究员。主持和参与国家973、863、国家自然科学青年基金、教育部中央高校基本科研业务费等多项课题。已在IBMB、PLOS ONE等国际期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。
