主要科研领域与方向:

1. 转基因及基因组编辑。建立和完善家蚕转基因及基因组编辑技术,开展基因功能研究,创制新型遗传素材。

2. 生物反应器工程。建立和优化家蚕生物反应器表达系统,开展外源蛋白表达研究,探索重组蛋白产业化。

 

科学成就:

近年主持国家自然科学基金、973家蚕项目骨干课题、重庆市自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费重点项目等10项,主研863、948、美国NIH基金等20余项。建立了piggyBac转座子介导的高效转基因蚕制作技术及相关遗传调控技术、CRISPR/Cas等介导的基因组编辑技术以及丝腺和脂肪体重组蛋白表达系统,累计制作和研究各类遗传素材70余个。发表论文40余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者在Proceedings of the Royal Society B、Transgenic Research等国内外杂志发表论文16篇,参编中英文专著4部,获授权专利20余项。兼任Insect Genetic Technologies Research Coordination Network(USA)创始成员, Transgenic Research、Insect Molecular Biology等杂志审稿人、地区基金项目评审人等。
