主要科研领域与方向:

基因组生物信息学,家蚕分子免疫学与分子生物学

 

科学成就:

建立了HiSeq2000高通量测序和高通量数据分析平台;开展了家蚕病源微生物基因组测序、鳞翅目害虫基因组测序和绢丝昆虫基因组测序;对家蚕长链非编RNA、野蚕丝腺和蜘蛛吐丝器官等进行转录组分析;绘制了家蚕细胞系和丝腺组织染色质开放区图谱;建立了成熟的高通量测序实验技术体系和生物信息分析方法。

全基因组水平鉴定了家蚕免疫相关基因和相关信号传导途径;对家蚕先天免疫系统的抗菌肽基因家族进行进化分析和功能鉴定;利用家蚕全基因组芯片,对家蚕病原微生物的免疫应答进行全面的表达谱比较分析,鉴定了家蚕针对特异病原微生物免疫应答的关键基因及其生物学功能;以黑胸败血芽孢杆菌研究病源与宿主相互作用,阐明病源致病分子机制。

近年来主持和主研包括国家“十一五”、“十二五”,科技部“973”、“863”、国家自然科学基金,重庆市自然科学基金等20余项,发表论文40余篇。
