(4)基于转基因和基因编辑的家蚕抗病抗逆分子育种。


科技成就:

2016.12-2017.12在牛津大学开展流感病毒转录复制机制及抗流感病毒的合作研究。

主持国家自然科学基金、重庆市自然科学基金(2项)、重庆市留创计划项目、中国博士后基金特别资助及面上一等资助、重庆市博士后基金等多项课题,并主研973、863等多个国家重大课题;制备抗病毒、耐高温的家蚕素材20余个;在Front Immunol、Insect Biochem Mol Biol、Antivir Res、PLoS Pathogens等国际刊物上发表SCI论文40余篇,其中第一/通讯作者25篇(18篇为SCI一区或IF>5);获得国家发明专利授权10项。

建立了家蚕分子育种平台技术和理论体系,制备了高抗病毒的转基因家蚕品系SW-H,死亡率比对照降低78%。由于在家蚕和病毒互作研究领域的一系列成果,本人受国际昆虫学经典杂志Insect Biochem Mol Biol(SCI一区)邀请撰写了家蚕抗病毒的综述文章;担任Frontiers in Immunology的Guest Associate Editor,出版专辑“Novel Insights into Insect Antiviral Immunity”
