主要研究领域

1.资源昆虫功能活性物质的医学转化与应用;

2.细胞代谢与表观遗传相互调控的分子机制。

 

科学成就

主要研究资源昆虫功能活性物质如蚕桑活性提取物等在医学领域的应用和转化。重点研究其对人体细胞表观遗传及细胞代谢的影响,以及表观遗传和细胞代谢两者相互作用的分子机理。目前主持了国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、重庆市自然科学基金面上项目1项、重庆市博士后研究人员特别资助项目1项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项1项、西南大学博士启动基金1项,并参与了重庆市重点产业共性关键技术创新专项重点研发项目等重大研究项目。已发表学术论文40余篇,其中以第一作者、共同第一作者或通讯作者在Seminars in Cancer BiologyBritish Journal of CancerCancersInternational Journal of Molecular SciencesCellsFrontiers in ImmunologyFrontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology等杂志累计发表20余篇。获得2018年重庆市科学技术委员会自然科学优秀学术论文1项。现为重庆市抗癌协会第一届肿瘤标志物专业委员会委员,重庆市医学会计划生育学与优生优育分会第一届委员会男性生殖调控学组成员,重庆市实验动物协会理事。任Frontiers in OncologyFrontiers in Surgery等杂志特邀编委,为Journal of Biomedical ScienceBiomarker ResearchJournal of Cellular and Molecular MedicineFrontiers in ImmunologyFrontiers in PharmacologyFrontiers in Endocrinology以及BMC cancer等多家学术期刊审稿人。
