主要科研领域与方向:

科研领域:结构生物学、生物化学与分子生物学

研究方向:1)昆虫激素合成通路的研究及在害虫防治中的应用。利用结构生物学和生物化学等方法,解析昆虫保幼激素和蜕皮激素合成过程中关键酶的三维结构及催化机制;并基于关键酶的结构进行抑制剂的筛选和设计,为害虫防治提供新途径。2)基于家蚕丝腺发育的调控创制免烘茧素材。研究蛋白酶与抑制剂在丝腺发育过程中的调控机制;并基于调控网络,利用转基因手段创制新型免烘茧家蚕素材。


 

科学成就:

先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家博士后基金特别项目、国家博士后基金面上项目、重庆市自然科学基金和教育部中央高校科研业务费等课题8项,并作为主研人员参与了国家973、863等重大课题。已在J Biol Chem、Insect Biochem Mol Biol、Sci Rep等国际知名杂志上发表SCI论文30余篇。作为主要完成人获得2018年重庆市自然科学三等奖。
